What we collect

• Contact form submissions (via Formspree): whatever you type — typically name/email and message.
• Live watchlist data shown to all visitors (tickers, prices, % change) is not personal data — it's public market data relayed through our Firebase database.
• Standard web logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be collected automatically by our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) for security and analytics.
• We do not use advertising trackers or sell any data to third parties.

Why we collect it

Solely to operate the Site (serve the live feed), respond to messages you send us, and to detect abuse. We do not use your data to make individualized trading recommendations.

Third-party processors

• GitHub Pages — hosts this website.
• Firebase Realtime Database (Google) — relays the live watchlist feed.
• Formspree — processes contact-form submissions.
• X (Twitter) — if you follow or interact with @momentumbell, X's own privacy policy governs that interaction.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Contact us at momentumbell@gmail.com to make a request.

Retention

Contact-form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and are deleted periodically thereafter. We do not maintain individual visitor profiles.

Cookies

This Site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies set are strictly functional (e.g. remembering a UI preference) and involve no personal data.
